Issue 4 of Political Ponies, the parody of editorial cartoons, with ponies!

This one is based off today's episode "Lesson Zero", where we view Twilight's lack of letter material from a libertarian view, in which she creates problems in order to justify her job. It's actually a quite common phenomenon in history where governments create problems to justify their existence and to expand their power, and it pretty much happens to this day.

Also, the citizen is Sweetie Belle because Sweetie Belle is best pony (aside from Yellowstar).

Since this is a parody, please do not politicize this deviation.
